**Important Guidelines for Successful Delivery:**

– If your package is marked as delivered to your specified address but is missing or suspected to be stolen, please contact our support team at info@peptifylabs.com within 7 days from the original delivery date so we can assist with your issue.
– Ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses.
– Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially once it is fulfilled and in transit.
– All orders marked as delivered but claimed not received by the buyer are the responsibility of the Post Office. PeptiFy Labs will NOT reship packages if delivered has been confirmed.
