Liability Waiver for Research Compounds

In consideration of purchasing research compounds from PeptiFy Labs, I, the undersigned customer, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeptiFy Labs, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively referred to as “PeptiFy Labs”), from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to the purchase, possession, handling, or use of the research compounds.

I acknowledge and accept that the research compounds sold by PeptiFy Labs are intended exclusively for research purposes and have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use. I agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of these compounds and assume full responsibility for any risks associated with their purchase, possession, handling, and use.

I hereby release, discharge, and waive any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, judgments, and liabilities of any nature, whether known or unknown, that may arise from or be connected to the purchase, possession, handling, or use of the research compounds.

Additionally, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeptiFy Labs from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and losses, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable, that may result from or be connected to the purchase, possession, handling, or use of the research compounds.

This waiver and indemnity agreement shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

By purchasing research compounds from PeptiFy Labs, I confirm that I have read and understood this Liability Waiver. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions, fully aware of the potential risks and responsibilities involved.
