We currently ship exclusively to locations within the United States. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by external factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide accurate delivery information and monitor your shipment using the tracking details provided.

**Free Shipping:**
We offer FREE standard ground shipping for all eligible orders over $175.00.

**Important Guidelines for Successful Delivery:**
– We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
– If your package is marked as delivered to your specified address but is missing or suspected to be stolen, please contact our support team at info@peptifylabs.com within 7 days from the original delivery date so we can assist with your issue.
– Ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses.
– Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially once it is fulfilled and in transit.
– All orders marked as delivered but claimed not received by the buyer are the responsibility of the Post Office. PeptiFy Labs will NOT reship packages if delivered has been confirmed.
